How will my item be delivered?
All items purchased from Design Your Own Jewelry will be shipped UPS. All orders $200.00 and above will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders $1,000.00 and above will receive free overnight shipping. Due to our shipping methods, Design Your Own Jewelry will not be able to process orders that have a PO Box as the ship to address. Please ensure that you have a physical ship to address before placing an order with Design Your Own Jewelry.

International – Canada: Packages are shipped via an expedited carrier for $18.99. Delivers within three (3) business days.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
Your order will normally ship within 10 to 14 business days from the date you place the order. However, some customized items may take more than 14 business days to ship. We will send you an email that confirms your order and an email that tells you when your order has shipped. The expected delivery date: for UPS Ground (without signature) is no more than 5 business days from shipment date; for UPS Ground (with signature) is no more than 5 business days from shipment date; and for UPS Next Day Air Saver is next business day after shipment date.
How long does it take to reship an item after a return?
Once we receive a returned item for exchange, please allow 10 to 14 business days to complete a reshipment.
I received my package, but it has been damaged by the carrier. What should I do?

Tell me about your shipping policy.
Notwithstanding the Agreement (as specified in the Terms and Conditions) that risk of loss for any package passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, to accommodate our customers, Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ will assume responsibility for any loss or damage in transit, provided that Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ receives a written notice of claim within the earlier to occur of (i) fourteen (14) days from the date when the shipment was delivered to the customer’s address or (ii) fourteen (14) days from the expected delivery date. After this period, Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™’s assumption of responsibility for loss or damages in transit terminates. Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™’s responsibility is limited to either replacement of the merchandise or at Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™’s sole option, return of the purchase price and shipping charges. Once a package is delivered to a customer’s specified delivery address, Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™’s assumption of responsibility for non-delivery terminates. Any package signed for at the customer’s specified delivery address shall be conclusively deemed delivered.
