How to Design
What is your return policy?
We at Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, send it back within thirty (30) days of the original ship date for an exchange or a refund of the price of the item. We must receive any returned item in its unused and as shipped to the customer condition, with the original jewelry certification report, back at our processing center no later than thirty (30) days after the original ship date. No returns will be allowed and all sales are final after the thirty (30)-day return period. Any item that has been specially ordered to meet the customer’s specifications (including personalized and engraving items) or has been sized or altered in any manner after shipment to the customer, either by a jeweler or otherwise, is non-returnable. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. A copy of your invoice must be included in all returns.
Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ will not accept partial item exchanges and returns. The entire item and any accompanying appraisal/certificate will need to be sent back for exchange or refund. If a returned or exchanged item does not have the original jewelry certification report included, a $150 replacement fee will be deducted from the refund price.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please refer to the return instructions included in your original shipment.
- Call for a Return Authorization Number – Call (800) 550-8393 to get your Return Authorization Number. Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package, as well as included on the return form in your package.
- Packing the Return – Include a copy of the invoice with your Return Authorization Number included and the return from fully completed. If you desire either a refund or exchange, you must include all original materials, including the original jewelry certification report.
- Shipping the return – For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail to the address listed below.
Remember to print a copy of your invoice by hitting the Print This Page button on the Invoice Page after your purchase. Print your order confirmation and order shipped emails as well, as those both contain important information regarding your purchase. This information must be included in all returns.
For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. mail. Please return one (1) item per package. Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™™ is not responsible for items not received from the carrier of your choice.

I misplaced my pack slip/return label. What should I do?
Please remember to print a copy of your invoice by hitting the Print This Page button on the Invoice Page after your purchase. Anytime thereafter, you may access your invoice in the confirmation email we sent you shortly after purchase.

How long does it take Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ to issue credit?
After we receive your return, we will begin the refund process. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your refund.
How/when will my refund be processed?
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions are refunded back to the credit/debit account. Please allow up to 14 business days to complete the transaction.
Why is my refund not on my payment type statement?
After the transaction is finalized from Design Your Own Jewelry by Jewelry Television™ to your financial institution, the financial institution must post it to your account. Generally, this is processed within seven (7) business days. Depending on their policies, posting may take up to thirty (30) days from the date we returned it to your financial institution. Design Your Own Jewelry ™ is not responsible for the posting policies of your financial institution. If you have questions, contact your financial institution directly.
